How long will delivery take?

Thank you for choosing our products! As a small company, we appreciate your support and understanding. Please note that our delivery time may take between 7-14 days from the date of purchase. We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you with care and precision. What is your return policy? 

As a small business, our focus is on delivering quality products to our customers efficiently. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images to help you make informed purchase decisions. If you are unhappy with your product, please email littledreamersnest@gmail.com and we will send a return address. All return costs are the customers responsibility. 

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order with the returns form enclosed. All items must be unused, new and in the original packaging.

Please note: Return delivery expenses are to be covered by the customer. Refunds can take up to 21 days to be received from the date of posting your return, which includes bank processing times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. 
*Please be aware that shipments can encounter customs and import duties and are the customers responsibility to pay.

Cancellations 

Order Cancellations

1 Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel any order made from littledreamersnest.com and we will then issue you with a full refund. 

2 Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email within an hour of the order being placed. Clearly write your full name, address and order number within the hour of placing the order. Upon receipt of your email we will cancel the order and reply to you confirming that your order has been cancelled. If your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us.
