First time mum here, we used jess's guide and it was perfect for us. Usually I find these things a bit overwhelming but jess makes it so simple to follow. Literally just follow the steps and you'll be fine. Thank you so much!!!
Thank you so much for your review, so glad it helped!! You smashed it xx
Getting our little one out of nappies seemed like such a big mountain to climb and to a certain extent you want to put it off as you just assume it’s going to be hard work, a real faff, spend your life clearing up accidents etc but honestly Jess’ guide made it seem so easy and our little girl (had just turned 2 when we did it) cracked it within 2 days.
We listened to everything the guide said, we had one accident and that’s been it! We even managed to go straight to the loo and avoid the potty. Jess breaks everything down into little bits and it all seems so logical. Our little girl was so proud of herself. If you are debating when to do it, just go for it!!! You won’t look back! Thank you Jess.
Thank you so much for your incredible review! Huge congratulations for tackling a huge milestone! x
I bought your guide last year and last Friday we started the process of potty learning. My daughter was starting to resist nappy changes and got upset when she had a dirty nappy so I thought it was time. We spoke about it for 2 weeks before and I found “green panties” in readiness, as per her special request.
I read the guide a few times beforehand so I felt prepared and confident too.
I followed your advice and suggestions closely and we have had an incredibly successful start. I’m sure there will be hiccups as we go but so far, so good.
I found the idea of focusing their attention on “listening to your body” most helpful. My daughter has got that part down and tells me “my body is talking to me, I hear you body!” 😂
The script for pushbacks and “accidents” was also so useful as finding the right language in the moment can be difficult. Also, not using “that’s ok” - excellent!
Thanks so much for an excellent resource!
